It's been a while since i've wrote anything, I'm convinced no one reads this, so it's kinda pointless to write anything anymore. Also, it's 1:41 in the morning so I don't know whether that counts as the 9th or 10th.
Basically, today was a shitty day. Friday, yay! Wrong. First period maths was pretty decent, we didn't do much except watch some movie, talk a lot, and I finshed up a test from yesterday. That's what I love about my math teacher, is that when it's one of those days where you don't feel like working and all is wrong with the world, we just sit and talk about random stuff for pretty much the whole class.
Second period french, I really really really love french lately. Not because of the language, or the work we would be doing, but because since we finished reading the count of monte cristo, we've started watching this kinda mini series thing on youtube. It's the count of monte cristo, but in episodes? there's like 9 parts to each episode. It's in french, but it has english subtitles and despite my first impression of it being boring and terribly budget, it's actually really awesome. It's just got that whole dark, french, 19th century aristocracy feel to it, and i love it.
History was next, history is no fun. He's a great teacher, but all the work we do in class, ie all the projects, we have at the same time and they're all so drawn out it's hard to concentrate on just one. For example, my ISU on vikings. Assigned almost a month ago. I've done little more than write a few questions about vikings and reference a few websites. And I'm ahead of the class.
Music and Computers was fourth. I love music and computers. LOVE. I've got this habit lately of getting a guitar from the music room and sitting in the halls doing nothing because i'm so far ahead of the class. I normally sit right outside the gym because she has gym fourth and I'm enough of a creep to lurk around. I'm getting some Kristina she don't know I exist vibes, except we're dating. And I'm not Tomas Kalnoky, damn.
Anyways, yesterday I went up to the music room to nab a nylon stringed guitar, and resume my usual post. I hung around for a bit because my friend Mike went to grab a guitar too, so we talked for a bit. Then a curious thing happened, Tim entered the room. Via the door, despite being a sorcerer. Anyways, my friend tim's a drummer, so he got on drums, Spence came and went on piano, Jay, mike and I had guitars and JL or whoever that guy was came in and started playing the xylophone? Anyways, it was the best jam ever. Really mellow, kinda jazzy, kinda awesome.
So yeah, that was yesterday. Today I just kinda lurked around the gym a bit, got bored and went to play piano in the music room.. Turns out she was sick today, so I didn't miss anything.
After school I had ultimate practice. Ultimate is the best sport I have ever played, by far. I handed in my money, and got a frisbee. Not just any frisbee. It's a "Jousting Disco Camels" frisbee. Complete with illustrations. FUCK YES. Anyways, we were outside, inside, outside, inside. Just because it was cold? We went down to the field anyways, because it was sunny and 12 for all of five minutes. Then it snowed. Yeah, last weekend it was 25 out. Now it's snowing.
Anyways, that's all the regular shit about my day. After that, I was so tired I went home and napped. From like 5:30 to 10:30. Hence why I'm up at 2:00am. Anyways, my friend kyle made me feel like a douche today, because he was being a dick, and I pretty much called him on it, and then he pulled the old, you're being holier than thou bullshit, and maybe he was right? I dunno.
Things with simone are "great". That's what I say when billy asks. I say they're "excellent" when rob asks. Jack doesn't ask, he just kinda congratulates me because he's small and sexually frustrated and doesn't understand how I managed to find myself a beautiful young lady. But I don't really know how things are. I've got this nasty habit of overthinking things. And i've recently concluded that that type of person I am is the clingy type who feels strongly about the person I'm in a relationship with. I'm the kinda "I love you more than you love me" person. Just once I wish It'd be the opposite, but that would take pretty much a Jake fangirl, and i'm pretty sure I could never love someone obsessed with me. So, i've concluded I will always be one of the unfortunate people who thinks no matter what, that they will never be loved as much as they love.
I'm going to regret most of this post in the morning, if I decide to read it. I'm also on the hunt for a job, because my lifestyle lately has got me in the mood for a drink, but i've insufficient funds to support such a habit. "Habit" makes it sound like an addiction in denial.
Goodnight, good morning, afternoon, dusk, dawn, evening, or whatever other time it could be when you read this. I'm getting some sleep.

Today was the first day back after march break. It kinda sucked, a lot. First off, I forgot gum, so the whole day my mouth tasted like froot loops and coffee. By the way, this morning's coffee was snicker doodle, quickly becoming my second favourite. Anyways, first period math was awesome, we had my old gym teacher as a substitute, and he's the coolest person ever. We did no work whatsoever, and I wrote two whole pages called "Jake's Logic Corner", which was basically me proving things using awsm logic. I'll upload pics of it tomorrow.
Second period was french, which I thought was gonna be a huge drag since one of the other two guys in the class was away. But it was actually kinda okay. We started reading some french novel.. oh joy. It probably won't be too bad, and there's an english version... also english spark notes.. :)
Lunch was spent looking for kyle, finding kyle, not being able to find jill, eating a sandwich, going for coffee (again? yes. I got two hours of sleep last night. nuff said.), getting sidetracked and looking at bikes, not getting a coffee after all, and then going back to school for like four minutes.
Third period I got halfway through. It was music and computers, and i'd finished the two projects he'd assigned us. Which puts me ahead of everyone in the class, kinda sad I know. Anyways, he took us up to the music room and showed us how to work very basic garageband. Except he didn't show us, he just kinda opened the editor thing and said "use this", which we all did anyways. Then he went on and talked for like a half hour, and I got ubertired and sick feeling. I called home and my mom came and got me :3
When I got home (aka not to history class which would've sucked having to sit through whilst only being kept awake by the immense stomach pains) I took a nap. After I woke up at precisely 3:00, I ate some food... moped around a bit in my pajama pants, and then got my shit ready for guitar. I drove there alone because my mom actually didn't have to go grocery shopping (false promises of tim hortons, booo) and the whole way it rained. Hardcore. The past few days have been nothing but shitty weather and I hate it. I want to know what the word is for someone who's mood is affected by the weather. I'm sure there is one, because honestly my mood depends SO much on the weather. It's like i'm some kind of less-cool X-men.
Anyways, after guitar and some awsm jazzing, I was so tempted to just be like, next stop: Simoneeee'sss house! But she was at dance, which I found out after talking to her for a depressingly short time. Urgh, i just wish every day would be hang out with her all day.
Anyways, after all this shit and a dinner of delicious dorito salad, I dicked around with my guitar a bit and came up with this amazing disney cover, which is pretty much a direct rip off and much shittier version of this, but hey, it's me :)
And that's my 22nd of march. Hope you all had a much better day than I did.

Today was a lazy day. I also noticed I start pretty much every one of my posts with "today". Anyways, I slept for 13 hours.. I guess that's okay if I went to bed at like 10:00, got up at 11:0.. But I went to bed at 2 in the morning. and slept until 3 this afternoon. Hot damn.
So since I pretty much wasted the day, I just sat around talking to people on msn and facebook. I was hoping to wake up and maybe go out to coffee with her before dinner, just walk around the park, being one of those regular chick flick cute couples, talking bout nothin and having the time of our lives. But since I woke up late, I made myself a coffee, and actually did something productive whilst talking to her on facebook.
I finally finished my percussion project for music and computers class. We were only allowed to use percussion instruments, but luckily that includes things like harpsichord, and xylophone, so it wasn't like a guitarist recording a drum solo. Phew. Anyways, I figured i'd set up some pots and pans and rip a scrapyard drum kit solo, because we all know that everyone has wanted to do that at some point in their life. Unfortunately for me, all my pots and pans make relatively the same boring noise. And I couldn't find my rockband drumsticks. Anyways, here's what I managed to record. Instruments used: Marimba, maybe some xylophone, drums, orchestra percussion kits, glockenspiel, acoustic guitar, and my wallet.
And that's the creative thing for today. Looking at the past few entries, I really should try to get back into photography.. The weather's just been too crappy lately. Oh well, at least I can look forward to school tomorrow.
Also i've decided that grammar isn't important enough for me to check and/or correct.

So today's been another day on break. I was supposed to go drop off some resumes today, but then I went on facebook and started talking to the most awesome beautiful girl in the entire world instead. We ended up getting coffee and driving around a bit, and then I crossed the line from beautiful country into sketchy country, and it was like, "yeah, time to go home". So I dropped her off and OMG LUNCH TOMORROW. Stoked.
Nuff aboutthat, today's creative thing is a song I wrote a while back, when I was bored and decided to make a song. It started on guitar, I tabbed it out in TuxGuitar, and then since it was too quiet (ie everyone sleeping) to record, I just imported the midi to garageband and noticed all the synths. Profit. Sound like Owl city? Oh well.
And that's more or less been my day and life recently. I've got like ten songs on the go though, so maybe look forward to that? Also I'm now in a band with rob and brooke and evan? I don't know evan. But we're an indie band. With female vocalist. Think MGMT meets Lydia.

Not gonna lie, today wasn't too exciting. The coffee was Carmel Biscotti, my absolute favourite ever. School went by horribly slow and nothing cool happened. After school I was all alone..
so I finished this. Think what you want.

It's been a good day. Math class was relatively easy, we talked most of the period. Then she decided she better teach us something, so we talked a bit more. French was another period spent working on the project I just finished up, but the internet at school is so shitty that we got no work done. We've also got debates in french tomorrow. I'm arguing "zoos are bad". Oh joy.
Lunch time! Today's coffee was Colombian Supremo, kinda the classic of my coffee selection. The place I go to downtown also now started using those tiny creamer cup things instead of the big jugs, which sucks.
Afternoon classes were easy, with music and computers I actually made progress, finishing off one song except for the damn live recording of it I have to do, and getting a good main riff and some melody for the vocal song. Which i've decided is going to be a cover of the LOTR main theme. History being my crazy teacher talking about egyptian incest and then some greek incest. Basically the entire day flew by and shit sucked. But at lunch I saw herr, and my friends did too. And they made sure I knew that they did. God I hate / love my friends.
March break is coming up! I've got plans for St Patty's day, and half a 26er of captain morgan hidden in my sock drawer. It'll be good. After that, i plan on hanging out with my grade nine lady friend as much as I can, after she gets back from montréal, a place i've always wanted to go to.
There's a metric and Arkells concert I might go to with a friend of mine, but i'm not too big into either of them.. it's hard to tell. I absolutely love the acoustic version of "Help, I'm alive", but i'm not digging too much of Metric's other stuff. I might go just to get a chance to see Emily Haines in person though :P
Anyways, no photo of the day today because I spent all my time on homework and *drumroll* A SONG! It's a like song, because I don't love her. But more on that when I get it finished and/or rid of my cold. Hopefully soon. It sounds a lot like bright eyes, so I guess i'm successful. If you must though, here is what I have recorded of it so far. It's a shitty take, I know.
And that's my life on March 9th. Hope you had a nice dinner.
